Bayview Financial Center is a 25-story commercial tower located in the heart of Downtown Miami’s Financial District. The property spans an entire half-block and encompasses approximately 950,000 square feet of premium office space, with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay. Originally constructed in 1988, the building has undergone several modernization initiatives aimed at improving sustainability and tenant experience.
PR&A was engaged to perform a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of the building and its systems in preparation for a planned capital investment and long-term asset repositioning. Our team’s objective was to identify current deficiencies, evaluate the remaining useful life of critical components, and provide guidance for future upgrades aligned with industry standards.
